This Roasted Asparagus Recipe is one of our favorite vegetables. It can be served with most meats, especially grilled pork chops, grilled tenderloin, or a steak.
Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus spears
1/4 cup olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Fresh grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse and dry asparagus well.
Break or cut the tough ends off asparagus.
Place on a large cookie sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over asparagus, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with a generous amount of fresh grated parmesan cheese.
Bake in450° oven for 20-25 minutes or until it starts to look caramelized.
