Red Lobster
Cheddar Biscuits

red lobster cheddar biscuits This is our take on Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits. They are a great drop biscuits recipe which can be served with a steak or any kind of seafood. They are good with just a chef salad for a full meal. While you are here you might want to check out our Angel Biscuits or the Steak Biscuits.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups buttermilk baking mix
  • 2/3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

    In a bowl combine baking mix, milk and cheese.

    Beat with a wooden spoon until soft dough forms.

    Beat vigorously 30 seconds.

    Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

    Combine butter and garlic powder.

    Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.

    Makes 10-12 biscuits.
