Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.Add sugar gradually and beat well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Put vanilla in water and add, beating until well mixed.
Grease miniature muffin pans and fill half full with batter.
Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Do not allow to brown.
Remove from oven and while each cake is still hot, dip with a fork in mixture of powered sugar, lemon and orange juice and rind.
Place on wax paper and let dry.
Makes about 60 tiny blossoms
