Toast oats, cereal and sunflower seeds at 350° for 10 minutes.Add next four ingredients. Mix completely.
In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter or heat oil.
Add syrup and honey stirring until bubbly.
Stir in peanut butter and cinnamon. Pour over dry ingredients.
Mix and press into a 9"X13" pan.
Helpful hint: Wet your hands to press it into pan.
Refrigerate 4 hours. Cut into bars. Wrap separately in wax paper and store in refrigerator.
