Easy Brownies Recipe


The secret to delicious Easy Brownies is baking time. They should never be overbaked. Oven temperatures vary so you should check them often during end of baking time. Check with a toothpick or cake tester. Bake just until the tester comes out clean.

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:

    Mix ingredients in order.

    Pour into slightly greased pan.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Cool completely on wire rack at room temperature.

    Then slice into serving size pieces and serve.
