Peal and slice peaches into 1/2" thick slices.In al large bowl, toss peaches with flour, lemon juice, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
Spoon into 13"X9" dish.
Cover tightly with foil; bake 35-45 minutes at 450°.
About 15 minutes before peaches are cooked, cut each biscuit into quarters.
Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, toss biscuits to coat.
Top hot peach mixture with biscuits.
Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
