Beer Buns

These Beer Buns can be made miniature size to be served as appetizers or made larger to be served with a salad or soup. They are great either way.Ingredients:- 1 loaf of frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 can Spam, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:After dough has risen according to directions on package, pinch off a piece about the size of a golf ball. Roll into a smooth ball and then flatten with fingers. Mix the other ingredients together and add about a tablespoon in the center of the dough. Pull all sides up around filling,pinching dough to seal. Place sealed side down on cookie sheets and bake at 400 for about 15 or 20 minutes or until brown.
