Barbecued Beef Brisket



This is an easy Barbecued Beef Brisket Recipe that is good for serving in the summer. It is great for a large gathering of friends and family. Maybe you will even have leftovers, if you are lucky.

Good to serve with baked beans or corn on the cob.

Ingredients:

  • 5 pound brisket.
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3-4 cups your favorite barbecue sauce.
DIRECTIONS:

    Place brisket in roasting pan.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Cover and bake at 325° for about 4 hours.

    Cool and refrigerate.

    Slice thin and combine with barbecue sauce in large casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° until thoroughly heated.

    Serve on Kaiser rolls.

    Serves 12.
