Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into wedges.Cover with water in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
Cook until tender.
Drain water from potatoes and mash thoroughly.
Cut butter and cream cheese into mashed potatoes.
Stir in sour cream and salt.
If mix seems too thick add milk to obtain proper consistency.
Pour into a 9"X13" casserole that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
